BAD RIVER TRIBAL ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FOR THE NOVEMBER 6, 2018 ELECTION FOR:

Secretary

Junior Council (1)

 

Absentee Ballot Rules: AS OF SEPTEMBER 20th 2018

Each qualified eligible voter shall request his/her own absentee ballot and include the following information;

1. Date of request (as of September 20, 2018)

2. Printed complete name (including maiden name and any aliases, if applicable)

3. Current Address

4. Telephone Number (if applicable)

5. Ligible Signature

6. Each request must also include a copy of a Bad River Tribal Membership Identification Card (showing both front and back of the card) or Certification letter ( A valid form of picture identification must accompany the afore mentioned letter), issued by Bad River Tribe and signed by the Enrollment Official.

7. Ballots can only be requested after public notification  and during specified time frame.

Any requests received after October 7th 2018 or sent to any other address other than the address listed below will be voided and counted as such.
