The Tribe seeks comments on the proposed antidegradation decision related to the pipeline maintenance work proposed by Northern Natural Gas Company on its Rib Lake Line within the Bad River Reservation. The proposed maintenance project includes work at two locations where the right-of-way crosses Vaughn and Upper Vaughn Creeks, south of Potato River Road. This work is necessary so as to address maintenance issues that arose from the July 2016 flooding. (Read More)
